Welcome!
Yes, I'm collecting old computers! The progress in the computer industry is so lightning fast that computers will very quick become museum items. I try to collect some milestones and classical computers. For example the first PC, the first portable, the first true laptop and so on. I want all my computers to be in original shape, unmodified and in working condition. It is also fine if original OS, manuals and software are included. As the museum is located in Sweden I have a special focus on Swedish computers.

New Arrival in the Museum...
Data General DG One (USA 1984) The nine-pound battery-powered 1984 Data General/One ran MS-DOS and had dual 3.5" diskettes, a 79-key full-stroke keyboard, 128 KB to 512 KB of RAM, and a monochrome LCD screen capable of either the standard 80×25 characters or full CGA graphics (640×200). It was a laptop comparable in capabilities to desktops of the era. Although reasonably priced for a premium product ($2895), the DG-1 never caught on because the monochrome LCD panel was not easy to view. In addition, it used 3.5" diskettes, which was ahead of its time. Kindly donated by Jan-Helge Karlsson On my wish list:
If you feel like you have something lying around that would fit in to my collection, please mail me to see if you can become a donator to my museum!
